Based on the exercise, it can be stated that my predominant leadership style is charismatic leadership as I can transform the beliefs and attitudes in employees. Charismatic leadership has the power to motivate and influence the team members towards the goal of organization (Greenberg, 1996). This is consistent with what I predicted in advance. I always prefer to listen to my team members before making the final decision and the members always are influenced by me and they are often dependent on me for making a perfect decision.
